[Dixielandjazz] visitors

Indeed, Jim; Jude and I have pleasant memories of meeting you and Orla 
in Madrid (an alarming number of years ago now), visiting your club and 
even sitting in on a number, as I recall.  Of course we know Marek, 
having met him in places as far apart as Bude in Cornwall and Kecskemét, 
Hungary, and admire his passion for jazz (though his taste is a little 
narrower than ours; after all I called my younger son Miles :-)).

And, while paying tribute to this list, let's not forget the wonderful 
and much-missed Bill Gunter, who with his wife Bev became good friends 
and opened many doors for us on our visits to the US.  More doors were 
opened by Bill Haesler and Ross Anderson (both, I'm glad to say still 
with us), on our 2015 trip to Australia.  The DJML has certainly 
enriched our lives beyond measure.  Long may it continue.
