[Dixielandjazz] Bull's head -- was London

I have fond memories of the Bull's Head - it was there that the band I 
was with for 23 years, the Zenith Hot Stompers, had two recording 
sessions with the great Wally Fawkes (whose 93rd birthday was recently 
hailed on this list) as our guest, in 1992. The reason for having two 
sessions, 13 days apart, was that our tuba player doubled on bass 
guitar, an instrument which Bob Erdos of Stomp Off Records abhorred, so 
we recorded eight tunes using tuba and eight using a dep string bass player.

Incidentally, the piano was tuned for one of the sessions by Stan Greig 
<https://www.theguardian.com/music/2012/nov/23/stan-greig>, who had 
played drums with Humph's band, and who appeared in the film recently 
discussed on this list: "It's Trad, Dad!".
