[Dixielandjazz] Name that mystery tune from Moscow

Pretty sure it is not a Russian (or Soviet) song, but I cannot ID it. The
reason I am replying is to ask if you know if the bass player is string
bass with a pick-up or electric bass guitar? I cannot tell from the
recording for sure - a bit muddy!
