[Dixielandjazz] Spanish songs from New Orleans

I think the triplet feel may have come from European dance music, such as
polkas and Scottish & Irish reels. While listening to a polka on a
classical channel the other day it struck me that it wouldn't take much to
convert it into a swing feel (which is really a 12/8 feel.)
