live remotes?  good heaven's where have you been?!  Radio stations don't do
relevant live broadcasts anymore, not unless it is a sports match!  Or
perhaps a car dealership having a barbecue.

they interviewed me for a real-estate show though; they wanted to know how
I was able to do the financing to buy such a place.
