No, I have not been to anothe gig - yet.
But on Thursday the Isradixie Band will be at a Jaffa Theatre (I have
already reserved a ticket, but I still don't know how much I'm paying) at
9PM, while Eli Preminger and his cohorts will be at Hoodna (free entrance)
at around 10PM (there, "around" might mean that they will not start before
11, even though the previous time they were there it started only fifteen
minutes late).  Isradixie is much more professional and plays good
arrangements.  It also boasts Jacques Sany among its members.  Eli and the
Chocolate Factory is less professiona, but has a much freer and relaxed
sound, and a better  - jazzier - trombonist.
Were it not for the weather, I would have gone to both, but it's raining
very hard now and the forecast is raind through teh weekend (whic here does
not include Sunday).
