Hello Dick,
I do not have the disc nor a picture of the label however Sandra Lieb in her
book "Mother Of The Blues, Ma Rainey" shows in Appendix A, Classification
of Ma Rainey's recordings the title to be , and I quote "Honey, Where You
Been So Long?" It is also shown thus in the index of songs. HOWEVER both
the comma and the question mark are omitted in the discographical listing
of her recordings for Pm 12200 and the reissue on Jazz Collector JC L82

The book"contains _original research.. at the same time that it is in firm
command of widely available, published source material. All the scholarship
is of the highest order ---David Lenson, Department of Comparative
Literature, University of Massachusetts, Amhurst". It's a pity they did not
pick up this picayune conflicting information.

In" Traveling Blues" the comprehensive book all about Tommy Ladnier the
composer is shown as Tom Delany but in the discography the tune title does
not contain commas or question mark. Finally in Godrich and Dixon" BLUES AND
Gospel Records 1902---1942" neither appear either.

Now I can get on with Father's Day"

Cheers, Glen Page.
