According to the article at the end of the above link:
"UK Music, the group which represents the music industry, estimate that up
13,000 more venues could now start holding live music events."

That could change the "supply & demand" scene, particularly for good bands,
so it's the perfect chance to jack the rate up a bit to decent standards!
Less need to go in cheap.
