It is.
Reissued on a Merry Makers CD MMRC-CD-32 in tandem with the reissue of a rare Len Barnard Jazz Band LP (Australian).
The CD is called 'Two Great Dixieland Jazz Bands' and my copy came from Worlds Records in Novato CA.
