I basically share the pessimism that Steve B. expressed about getting this  
addressed in the near future.  My hope is that some major arts organization 
 which has extensive support from some one with very deep pockets becomes  
incensed enough to get a solution underway.  It's scary to proclaim  
powerlessness so stay alert to protect what you have when and while you have  it.
