Dear Don and Andy.
I will retire defeated. Again.
I tried everything offered, found that I have the latest RealPlayer for Mac (11.01), 'right clicked' (actually control+command), opened the selected tune and used "open with....".
Plus other efforts involving VLC and the RealPayer suggestions.
And kept coming up with "A general error has occurred".
I felt just like the Oooo-Ahhh bird.
Again.
I suspect it may be an incompatibility issue with "Snow Leopard".
