Dear Bill:

Of course, but bear in mind that the quote was not (to my knowledge)   
from Lombardo's autobiography.  Also, the Cassell Dictionary  
definition  is from a 1998 publication. <grin>

I do like the Downbeat quote, which nails it shut. Don't know how I  
missed it.
