The Monterey Hot Jazz Society's Hot Jazz Trail Guide gives an email address and a phone number for info about the February fest, but an email and a phone message go unanswered. All I want, and wonder why it's not in the Trail Guide, is the mailing address for where to send my check. Can anyone help?
