It was during one of the Union recording bans when this was made. Since 
Red could nto play on it, he could still create, alloong with Country 
Washburn abd Foss Carling  - his partners - a great comedy parady of the 
song. They brough in LA area DJ Jim Harthorne for the voice over and 
used a local uke club to pllay on it. the local did hntorecognize ukes 
as ":legit" insruments for some obscure reason.
Also as to the confusion about Stafford-Tedder, Jo only did a couple 
sides with Red, Tim-tay-shun being the biggie. For all of the others 
with a Stafford like female voice it was Karen Tedder. An exception for 
"Them darn fool things." (These Foolish Things). There is a CD with 28 
Red Ingle sides available at Amazon andother mail order places. Called 
Red Ingle: Tim-Tay-Shun.
