I would have thought something like Band In A Box would do the job.
You can set this up to use the style, key, number of choruses, etc.
that you prefer. It then has an option to burn the final
song(s) to CD/mp3. Or if you can get a laptop working in the venue,
use it "live".

Usually this would just provide a "backing track", but if you are
feeling adventurous, you can enter a melody and even get it
to generate solos.

If you need help setting up BIAB or generating the CD, then I or
I'm sure other maybe nearer listmates can help you out.
