Dear Bob,

There's a great version of "I Want a Little Girl" on my 'From Dixie to Swing' play-a-long with the Dick Wellstood All-Stars. It's in the key of F and has three choruses - the second all set up for vocals. The recording lasts about 4.30 minutes. I'm sure that a copy could find it's way to your pal if he deems it suitable for his purposes.
