[Dixielandjazz] Dukes of Dixieland

I'm with you, Jack.  Not too crazy about the Dukes or the Firehouse
Five + Two (ducking for cover now), but I find the Castle Jazz Band
more than "quite" good.  There certainly were better, but there were
many that could never even hope to reach the Castle level.
