Tony Davis (southern version... not the former lead singer of the
Spinners) and I will be guests of the "Merseys" on March 14th. Frank
Robinson's piano stool is now occupied by Malcolm Hogarth; our Kaminsky
Connection pianist. We may be "local" but we don't half travel! In fact
I first met Malcolm about 12 years as a fellow "punter" In Sacramento
come to think of it

John Barnes can often be seen on Friday lunchtimes, socialising and
sometimes playing at The Spice of Life, Cambridge Circus, London. Not
to be missed for those who can stand or can get there /very /early...
it's always packed.
