Check out Sancy Snow Jazz (http://www.sancy-snowjazz.com/) end of 
February and Jazz aux Sources (http://www.jazz-aux-sources.com/) end of 
May here in Central France. A lot of great music and fun, and a lot 
closer to Isreal than New Orleans.
