While I haven't had one since the early 70s, I don't doubt that Katz Deli
quite possibly has the best pastrami sandwich you're about to find in the
Big Apple.

However, if you order one, make sure you're either sitting down or holding
on to something secure as the price will knock you for a loop.

And, make sure you ask for it on rye with mustard.  I took someone there
around 1972 and he ordered pastrami on white with lettuce and mayonaise and
he barely excaped from the place alive.
