It was recalled in the USA not because of possible slander allegations 
(Dizzy probably loved it) but because of the objections of the copyright 
owners of the Whiffenpoof Song - some college or university, I believe from 
memory.

It remained on sale in Australia, probably because our copyright laws then 
differed from America's.
