[Dixielandjazz] Old Bones request

I recently received a nice message from a fan of ours who requested the
sheet music,NOT a chart, to Old Bones for her own use.  I tried Musicnotes
and a few other websites to no avail and all I have is a lead sheet.  Anyone
out there able to help this lady?

Here is the message she sent:

Dear Mr. Crumley,

I have been trying in vain for several years to find a copy of the sheet
music for "Old Bones", and since I have your album with that wonderful
selection on it, which I bought at one of your appearances at our Jazz
Jubilee in Pismo Beach, I thought you might have access to the music. If so,
I would very much appreciate knowing how to obtain a copy. A fake sheet
wouldn't do me any good as I don't know how to play from one of those. I
need the actual music, and I just want to be able to play it for my friends
and my own amusement. I am not a great pianist, but if I work hard and
practice something, I can generally play it pretty well. I think I would be
inspired to work hard at that, and would like to be able to do it before I
die! That may come sooner than later because I am an old lady! Thanks for
anything you can tell me, and double thanks if you can point me in the right
direction to get a copy of that music!
