[Dixielandjazz] John Cooper RIP

This from Kim Cusack:

Sadly I must inform you that John Cooper, whom we all know as the Salty Dogs Jazz
Band's pianist - he joined the band in 1952,  has died.  Yesterday because there
were several days' worth of newspapers outside of his house, his neighbors were concerned
and called the police, who found his body inside.
As I understand it, as of now a wake is planned for Friday with a funeral on Saturday,
but I have no  details of time or place.
This is all I know right now.
