If my recall is correct, a good tenor/clarinet man named Ed Reed was in Bob Finch's original Chicago Six lineup in the early eighties. The cast were mostly Southern California residents. A slender, darkhaired person. Good soloist. I saw him in a couple of consecutive Jazz Jubilees, then never heard of him again. Charlie Hull
