Hi Harry,
I cannot come up with many more either, although I'd definitely
include Eddie South, Ray Nance,Johnny Frigo and Claude Williams.
Another well known Europan violinist is Svend Asmussen, who, despite
his name, is Danish.
Among the younger generation, Andy Stein comes to mind, as well as
listmate Tamas.
But there are countless Gypsy swing groups all over Europe and the US,
many of which feature violins.
