OK.  An administrator moved the file.  Being helpful.  (They did this 
before, and nobody could find it!!)
There are three different archives of files at BIAB.  There is a set of 
files associated directly with the group BIAB
and there are two archive files in the group BIAB Files.    Got that?
There is a category called "New Files" in the files area on BIAB.   The 
URL is
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Band-in-a-Box.
Huh?
So:
1. Go to yahoo groups.   http://groups.yahoo.com/
2. Search for BIAB
3. Take the top entry in the search results.
4. Go to their files area, and find "New files"
5. TradJazz.zip will be there for a couple of weeks. 
Then what?   As the Marquis de Sade would say... "Beat's me."
