OK, TradJazz.zip (including Cakewalkin' Babies) is out on Yahoo Groups 
at BIAB Files.

A URL that will get you there is

1)  You have to be a member to download files.  You can join Yahoo with 
any bogus (or real) name you like. 
2)  "Yahoo Groups" will get you to groups, and "BIAB" will get you to 
the two Band in a box groups.
You click on "files" upper left hand corner, and it shows you the 
files.  tradjazz.zip is the last file on the list. 

If you have BIAB, you should be a member of the group.  Their collection 
of files -- A to Z -- is quite good, altho some of the tunes have 
<surprise> mistakes.
