[Dixielandjazz] Jpon-Erik Kellso's Latest CD is Great

I recorded Jon Erik's interview on Columbia University's radio station
(announced to DJML on an earlier message) and am really impressed with a few
cuts of his latest CD:
"Blue Roof Blues: A Love Letter to New Orleans," on Arbor Records label.
Aside from Jon, the band included some young players probably not well known
outside of NYC, but their interpretations of both new compositions and well
known songs is really enjoyable and so avant garde!  You can order a copy

It is a great acoustic recording and a lot of fun...the NEW trad jazz lives
on into the the 21st century.
