Dear Fans/Friends/Clients

We thank those fans who came to see us and the Mullica Hill Library
(NJ) last week and also apologize for those who had to stand during
our concert. The library staff was overwhelmed by the turnout and
used every available chair, (over 200). Ours was the first SRO concert
they ever produced. And weren't those swing dancers wonderful?

Speaking of Swing Dancers, we are doing 3 Swing Dance events in April
as follows:

April 4 (Sat) Mutter Museum in Philadelphia, for the Graduate Students
of the U Penn school of Design. While this is a private party, I have
permission to bring up to 10 swing dancers. Six have committed so
there is room for 4 more. First 4 who mail me will be included. This
is a great party, great venue, great dance floor and FREE for dancers.
9PM to 11PM, then a DJ until 1AM

April 17 (Fri) An "Intergenerational" swing dance at the Janssen
Division of Ortho-McNeill Janssen facility in Titusville NJ. (Just up
the river from Trenton) This is sponsored by the Senior Citizens in
the area, and all ages are invited. High school kids will also be
there as well as l Swing Dancers from the various local clubs. $15
admission. All invited. 7 PM to 9:30 PM.

April 25 (Sat) Swing dance sponsored by the Philadelphia Swing Dance
Society at the Commodore Barry Club in the Mt. Airy section of
Philadelphia. 8:45 to Midnight. Lessons from 7:30 to 8:45. Mostly 20
to 30 year olds with some seniors also.

Save the dates for a couple of other neat gigs coming up on the
schedule:

June 11 (Thu) Jazz Concert at The Mainstay in Rock Hall MD. This is an
intimate jazz night club setting like those 60 years ago on 52nd
Street in New York City. Both the town and the venue are unique and
well worth a visit. Seating is limited so if attending, you'll want to
reserve now. (no room for dancing) 7 to 9 PM. Not sure of cover
charge, but probably $15 or $20.

August 26 (Wed) Jazz Concert at the Ocean City Music Pier (NJ). We
were re-booked this year after drawing over 600 people at last year's
fund raiser for the Ocean City Pops. There is room for swing dancing,
right in front of the raised stage so dancer are welcome. $10 admission.

Many other gigs coming up. Check out our schedule on the myspace page
below my sign off.
Thank you all for your continued support. Call or mail me for further
information.

Cheers,
Steve Barbone
