Having the 1st edition (Louisiana State University Press, 1960) of H O
Brunn's "The story of the Original Dixieland Jazz Band" is good. The
subsequent UK editions (Sidgwick & Jackson, 1961 and the Jazz Book Club,
1963) do not include the photographs following page 92. I have the Jazz
Book Club edition   :-(

A complete discography of the ODJB (including the post-LaRocca material
of 1938 to 1946) is a chapter in Horst Lange's "The Fabulous Fives"
(Storyville Publications, 1978)
