[Dixielandjazz] Zorba the Greek Theme

Shalom Jazz Fans,

It seems I have an ambitious trumpet student who is looking to learn to play
the theme from Zorba. All I've found on the net so far are band arrangements
costing big bucks. Anyone have or know where I can find a basic sheet,
melody and chords? I'd prefer it for 1 or 2 trumpets, but piano music is
also OK. I can work with it in Encore or Sibelius format also.
