[Dixielandjazz] The Capital Hillbillies Jazz Band?

Hi all,

I was watching a show on CSPAN today featuring some "Left-Wing Radio  
Folks" and they had a great "house band" they called the Capital  
Hillbillies Jazz Band to play out between the station breaks (it was  
also simulcast on various commercial radio stations.)

The line-up of the band was piano, reeds, harmonica, guitar, trumpet,  
t-bone, tuba and drums. I think the piano player is named John but I  
did not hear any other names yet.

Anybody know who they are? They did some originals and jazzed up  
versions of standard American patriotic songs - better than just a  
pick-up band, I think!

I did not find anything on the Internet right away.
