Jim O'Briant wrote about the RIAA bringing a lawsuit against attorney- 
blogger Ray Beckerman who has been at the forefront of defending  
individuals against RIAA threats and lawsuits. Most recently,  
Beckerman won a decision setting aside a $222,000 judgement against a  
housewife whom RIAA  had accused of violating copyright laws by file  
sharing.
