JAZZ CLASSICS???????
Audentior --- not in English dictionaries because Latin
it means 'more daring' -- Sousa went in for Latin tags to name compositions.
and is a part of the word from which the words audacious and audacity derive. 'sapere aude' in my subject line means 'dare to know' (I'm in a line of work where one comes across such snippets).
'Audentior' can also be found in one and another coat of arms, those legends which in nobler times were posted where these days one finds www.ebaddress.es
Audientior might be an adjective applying to someone who listens more, and then again it might not -- this seems unlikely but it's been a long time since the Classics classroom!
Audientor just seems improbable.
