There is another "showman tubist" - not in the OKOM category, but  
very flashy!

There are a lot of great OKOM tubists around these days (Gary is one ;-)
but I think Eli Newberger is still king of the current OKOM tubists -  
to me, his solos have always been enjoyable, adventurous and yet  
still somewhat keeping within the "general rules"  of traditional jazz.
