What do you mean, watery beer.The only watery beer you would get is on the plane if they were supplying what in the US is called "beer".

WAIT!!!  HOLD THE PHONE!!!  Drinks are no longer free on a lot of 
international flights.  So, the client needs to pony up for 
international airfare and a good drink allowance.   You are right, the 
cats down under would probably put you up with lots of watery beer in 
the fridge.
