Steve,

WAIT!!!  HOLD THE PHONE!!!  Drinks are no longer free on a lot of 
international flights.  So, the client needs to pony up for 
international airfare and a good drink allowance.   You are right, the 
cats down under would probably put you up with lots of watery beer in 
the fridge.
