(Despite authoritative claims that Armstrong recorded a version  
entitled "Happy Africa", this could not so far be substantiated from  
his discography.

Dear Ron,
Perhaps this came about from the fact the the words "Happy happy  
Africa" are contained in the lyrics sung by Louis and others on vocal  
versions of "Skokiaan".
You know what musicians are like when it comes to recalling tune tiles.
"Let's play that song.....you know.....Happy Africa."
Just kidding.
