Though it is aimed at "indie" bands (not OKOM, strictly, but who knows), the book that Randy Chertkow, a saxophonist friend, has published is loaded with information and tips that will be helpful for all of us.  The book is closely related to a website that has a constantly growing collection of resources for musicians of all types.  I obviously recommend it highly!
