Not really.
Sophie Tucker (1884-1966) recorded 24 cylinders of popular songs for  
Edison in New York (over ten sessions) between June 1910 and Jan 1912,  
of which ten were released for sale.
One of these was "Some Of These Days" recorded in July 1911  
accompanied by a studio orch.
