Nero has had the ability to rip tracks to .wav format. Use the "Save tracks" 
facility. It will enable you to select the output format - in your case, 
select the "PCM (.wav)" format and you can also have Nero save the ripped 
tracks wherever you want.

Another method to make the conversion from the CD's audio files (.cda) to 
.wav, you should use a ripper program like "Exact Audio Copy (EAC)". I've 
used it for many years without any problems. I will also convert those files 
to other formats if you wish. EAC will also make certain that the rip is 
error-free. The program's free and easy to use. You can find it here:
