[Dixielandjazz] Poor Ken Burns

Hi Mike:

I loved it too. I also love the companion book which mentions a whole bunch
more people. No one has done anything comparable to it. Plus, it did more
for jazz than any documentary that I am aware of.

I think there was a lot of jealousy involved with much of the criticism.
