Sorry, Bill, for not replying sooner when I meant to.
I would want to introduce kids to three basic categories:
1 - Musicians/bands who are TECHNICALLY phenomenal;
2 - Musicians/bands that are CREATIVELY/INTUITIVELY phenomenal,
even if not technically the best; and
3 - Rare musicians who display a good bit of both 1 and 2.
For each category, I'd want to list names from the past but also include
some from the present. What names come to mind along these lines?
