[Dixielandjazz] Bill Gunter RIP

That is such sad news. I know he wasn't well in Logan, but I'm so glad we
saw him there, if only for a few minutes.

Even though we live at opposite ends of the country, Bill was the first
DJMLer I met face-to-face. He emailed me before one of his trips east; we
had lunch, and a great friendship thereafter. 

He was my washboard inspiration and I, along with many others, will miss
him sorely.
