[Dixielandjazz] Back from Fresno.

Indeed, it was a wonderful festival, blackouts and fire drills not
withstanding.  The 4 PM Friday set was played without lights or sound.
Still was great.  Saturday morning, the band was joined by a slightly
off key horn that we finally realized was a signal to evacuate.
Apparently someone was detected smoking in an unauthorized location.
