[Dixielandjazz] A Capella

I have two players with doctorate degrees of Music and a professional
arranger in my band and they call it A Capella when the front line plays
without the rhythm section. I know A Capella literally refers to vocalists
without instramental accompaniment but no one seems to be confused by the
term.  Maybe they are just using terms the banjo player can understand!  Rob
