This is the same lady who promised to send me RV parking information early
in November. (When I emailed a second time to inquire about it, I got a
very huffy reply!) I'm not about to contact here again, only to get another
snippy reply.

We now assume that their information isn't ever going to arrive, so we've
made reservations at the Fresno Elks Lodge, which has RV spaces for Elks
members.

This "difficult to contact and non-responsive" attitude is exactly the
opposite of what I've experienced in ordering badges for Dixieland Monterey,
Jazzaffair (Three Rivers, CA, the San Diego Thanksgiving Dixieland Festival
and the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee. Monterey, San Diego and Sacramento all
have online badge sales, and at least the Jazzaffair order form prints as it
should. These four festival have always responded promptly to questions and
inquiries.

The impression I get is that the Fresno Mardi Gras is doing everything
possible to convince me, as a potential first-time attendee, that they have
no interest in whether I attend or not. I'm about to the point where I don't
care whether I attend or not, either.
