I received a set from Dave Sager a week ago and have listened 
incredulously ever since. I enthusiastically second everything Brian 
Harvey says. Doug Benson, who did the remastering, corresponded with 
John R. T. Davies concerning his plans and has made a great 
contribution to jazz history. Dave Sager's liner notes also are excellent.
         This set richly deserves a Grammy but probably won't get 
one, given the low regard in which OKOM is held these days.
