[Dixielandjazz] 8/21 time signature

maybe it was a typo? 21/8 is more likely and some Balkan music I have  
heard has odd time signatures like that. Also Don Ellis did some big  
band charts in unusual times...

I cannot get my Finale music software to create an 8/21 measure no  
matter how much I push it!
