Guess who's playing at the Regina Carter Master class for jazz violinists at
Lincoln Center on April 8?????!!!!

Yep, our little buddy, 11 year old Jonathan Russell.

Renowned jazz violinist Ms. Carter is teaching a 90 minute master class at
Lincoln Center for jazz violinist wannabes. She originally wanted all older
folks around college age, but then she heard little "J" and invited him to
participate.

The students are going to work on a blues together and then "J" will get to
play "Lady Be Good" (with Ms Carter?)

Folks, "J" is a huge hit where ever he performs. Do not miss him at the
Sacramento Jazz Jubilee this May.

To the other festival directors out there: Why haven't you booked this young
man to play at your festival yet???? Want references? Ask Greater
Connecticut, or Sun Coast about him.
